You can obtain quick results if your weight loss plan includes short-term fasting. When fasting is done properly, by combining fasting with weight training, amazing results can be achieved and almost all of the weight loss will come from your body fat! With this combination, you will realize amazing benefits to your metabolism and your muscles, and growth hormone will increase as you force your metabolism to burn stubborn body fat.

It’s not complicated nor is it difficult to do, and it creates the optimal metabolic environment for burning body fat. As growth hormone increases, insulin levels will decrease, cortisol becomes balanced and the adrenals become healthier. This can be called the ‘Perfect Storm’ for shedding body fat at record speed. One suggestion that works very well is to fast from 6 pm one day until 6 pm the following day and then go ahead and enjoy a regular meal as you resume eating a normal diet of good foods for the rest of the week. Eating healthy is recommended, ‘lean and green’ with lots of fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, but you can eat any diet style that you wish and still see fantastic results. After you’ve fasted for 24 hours a couple of times, you start to see the reasons why you eat, what you eat and when you eat and very often, hunger is not the reason, but rather habit and emotional connection to foods that are the usual culprits.
